Julian was very helpful in providing me with a fresh mix of the mushrooms Melbourne Mushroom Emporium stocks, all were very vibrant and some were even quite colourful, all tasted great and the Lions’s Mane one’s made perfect marinated steaks.

Absolutely loved these fresh Lion’s Mane mushrooms! The quality was excellent, they were incredibly fresh, and the smell was so clean and pleasant right out of the pack. You can tell they were grown and handled with care. Perfect for both simple meals and more gourmet dishes. I’ll definitely be buying these again!

I couldn’t be more delighted with the Blue Oyster mushroom kits I bought as bday presents for friends and family in June. It’s been fun getting photos as they grow and harvest… they’re beautiful and tasty, highly recommended with hoisin duck, in risotto and omelettes!

The lions main grow kits are amazing!! We set ours up as we got two kits and all we had to do was cut open a space for the mushrooms to grow and then spray it 3 times a day and it started to grow within a few weeks, I have done our first harvest and safe to say they are immaculately delicious and well worth the growing time wait ! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to grow mushrooms simply with ease !

Highly recommend this grow kit. Such a fun project, loved seeing the progress of the lions mane once it kicked off and so straight forward to do. I had to find the right spot for it with lots of indirect light but once I did it really took off! Just harvested the first crop and interested to see if it comes back a second time.
