What is the Mushroom Club?
Our Mushroom Club gives you early access to fresh mushrooms, specials, and new releases. Join to receive updates and a welcome discount on your first order.

How do I get my welcome discount?
Sign up for the Mushroom Club and you’ll instantly receive a 10% off code via email for your first order. Make sure you join before placing your order so you can use the discount.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes! Subscriptions are flexible — you can pause, cancel, or change them anytime.

What if I change my mind after placing an order?
For perishable items, changes must be made before the order is prepared. Once packed, we cannot alter or hold your order for future weeks.

How long until my mushroom kit starts growing?
Kits typically begin fruiting in 5–10 days. Perfect to watch and even better to eat!

Do you grow other mushrooms besides Lion’s Mane, Shiitake, and Oyster?
Yes — we also grow Pioppinio and other gourmet varieties. Stock may vary week to week.

How does delivery and pickup work?

Pickup Locations:

  • Fitzroy – Rose St Pantry: Fri 11 am–6 pm | Sat–Sun 11 am–5 pm

  • Brunswick East – Core Roasters: Fri–Sat 11 am–3 pm | Sun 11 am–3 pm

  • Closed: Monday & Tuesday

Ordering & Pickup:

  • Orders placed before 10 am Thursday will be ready for pickup from Friday 11:30 am.

  • If you’d prefer another pickup day, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Payment:

  • All orders must be paid online in advance. Pickup locations cannot accept cash.

Perishable Product Policy:

  • Our mushrooms are fresh and perishable, typically lasting 3–5 days after pickup.

  • If an order is not collected and cannot be delivered, we cannot refund or replace perishable products.

  • Delivery is only available within our standard delivery areas.

  • Please let us know in advance if you need to pause, skip, or change your pickup, so we can ensure your order stays fresh.
