Garlic Soy Oyster Mushrooms (Simple Pan Cook)
A quick, flavour-packed oyster mushroom recipe cooked in one pan. Soft, juicy mushrooms with a savoury garlic soy finish β perfect for rice bowls, noodles, or a side dish.

π§ Ingredients
300g fresh oyster mushrooms (torn into clusters)
2β3 cloves garlic (sliced or minced)
1β2 cm water (for pan cooking)
Olive oil (or rice bran / neutral oil)
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper
π₯ Method

Cook base
Add garlic, oyster mushrooms, and 1β2 cm of water to a pan. Cover with a lid and cook for 5β10 minutes. -
Reduce
Remove lid and continue cooking until all water evaporates. -
Finish
Add a splash of oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are coated and lightly caramelised.
