A quick, flavour-packed oyster mushroom recipe cooked in one pan. Soft, juicy mushrooms with a savoury garlic soy finish β€” perfect for rice bowls, noodles, or a side dish.

πŸ§‚ Ingredients
300g fresh oyster mushrooms (torn into clusters)
2–3 cloves garlic (sliced or minced)
1–2 cm water (for pan cooking)
Olive oil (or rice bran / neutral oil)
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper

πŸ”₯ Method

  1. Cook base
    Add garlic, oyster mushrooms, and 1–2 cm of water to a pan. Cover with a lid and cook for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Reduce
    Remove lid and continue cooking until all water evaporates.
  3. Finish
    Add a splash of oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are coated and lightly caramelised.
