First time trying LM. Sliced my delivery into inch-thick slabs and seared it on a griddle pan. Stands up to beef as a steak experience, especially with chimichurri.

Julian was very helpful in providing me with a fresh mix of the mushrooms Melbourne Mushroom Emporium stocks, all were very vibrant and some were even quite colourful, all tasted great and the Lions’s Mane one’s made perfect marinated steaks.
